Senior Operations Controller

Descriere
- Prepare forecasts, budgets, and scenario analyses with relevant departments.
- Assess project, order, and company KPIs, then recommend practical actions.
- Develop costing models, contribution margin calculations, and operational reports.
- Establish and expand a modern operations controlling function.
- Improve controlling processes and help broaden the business intelligence landscape.
- Investigate budget variances and help develop and implement improvements.
- Partner with operational teams to strengthen efficiency, profitability, and transparency.
- Maintain data quality and improve CRM, ERP, BI, and reporting workflows using HubSpot, Teamwork, Langdock, and Excel.
- Assist with monthly and annual closings under German GAAP (HGB).
Cerințe
- A degree focused on controlling, finance, or accounting, or a comparable commercial qualification.
- Several years of experience in controlling or finance.
- Strong analytical ability and confidence working with numbers.
- Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel.
- Experience with ERP, CRM, and BI systems.
- A structured, independent, and solutions-focused working style.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain complex topics clearly.
- German proficiency at C1/C2 and English proficiency of at least B2.
- Experience in project-based organizations or project and order management is an advantage.
