Descriere

  • Advise research and engineering teams on gaps in brand strategy, growth marketing, and campaign reasoning
  • Create demanding marketing assignments and develop solutions based on real-world practice
  • Assess AI-generated responses using defined evaluation frameworks
  • Document feedback on accuracy, judgment, and quality of reasoning
  • Create and improve marketing evaluation standards and scoring rubrics
  • Partner with subject-matter experts to maintain accurate, consistent training data
  • Contribute to initiatives that train and advance AI systems

Cerințe

  • At least eight years of focused professional marketing experience
  • Background with a recognized top-tier organization such as P&G, Unilever, Nike, Ogilvy, WPP, Omnicom, or a comparable employer
  • Required experience assessing LLM or AI outputs with rubrics or other structured scoring methods
  • Clear career advancement, for example from Marketing Manager to Senior Manager and then Director or VP of Marketing
  • Availability for at least 35 hours each weekday week
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Effective problem-solving capability
  • Strong interpersonal skills
