Description
- Advise research and engineering teams on gaps in brand strategy, growth marketing, and campaign reasoning
- Create demanding marketing assignments and develop solutions based on real-world practice
- Assess AI-generated responses using defined evaluation frameworks
- Document feedback on accuracy, judgment, and quality of reasoning
- Create and improve marketing evaluation standards and scoring rubrics
- Partner with subject-matter experts to maintain accurate, consistent training data
- Contribute to initiatives that train and advance AI systems
Requirements
- At least eight years of focused professional marketing experience
- Background with a recognized top-tier organization such as P&G, Unilever, Nike, Ogilvy, WPP, Omnicom, or a comparable employer
- Required experience assessing LLM or AI outputs with rubrics or other structured scoring methods
- Clear career advancement, for example from Marketing Manager to Senior Manager and then Director or VP of Marketing
- Availability for at least 35 hours each weekday week
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Effective problem-solving capability
- Strong interpersonal skills
