Senior Marketing Designer, PRH Christian Publishing (Remote)

Create digital and print marketing assets for Penguin Random House Christian Publishing’s seven imprints. Develop web, social, email, advertising, and print materials across a range of publishing campaigns.

Descriere

  • Develop creative materials for books across PRH Christian Publishing’s seven imprints and for corporate design needs
  • Create digital content for web, social media, and email marketing channels
  • Design Amazon A+ content, back-of-book advertisements, social graphics, display ads, website assets, email campaigns, motion graphics, book club kits, presentation decks, lifestyle imagery, postcards, bookmarks, and other print materials
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to refine concepts, apply feedback, and route completed work
  • Track and manage projects in Monday.com and Ziflow
  • Maintain project communications, traffic creative, and prepare and distribute files to stakeholders
  • Archive completed work and uphold departmental systems and file-naming standards
  • Keep informed about developments in art, design, and publishing, including approved AI tools
  • Attend Creative Services Team and departmental meetings
  • Complete additional duties assigned by the Creative Director
  • Report to the Creative Director
  • This role does not include cover design

Cerințe

  • At least five years of experience as a marketing designer, preferably in publishing or advertising
  • A portfolio that demonstrates design expertise and a strong interest in typography
  • Ability to create high-quality work across a broad range of nonfiction and faith-based projects
  • Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator
  • Familiarity with Monday.com
  • Willingness and ability to learn new systems and applications, including AI tools
  • Strong typography and typesetting capabilities
  • Experience preparing files for digital and offset printing
  • Ability to deliver high-quality design in a fast-paced, detail-oriented, deadline-driven environment
  • Strong time and project management abilities, including prioritizing multiple assignments
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for virtual meetings, email, and direct messaging
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across teams
  • Strong creative problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Experience creating graphics for social media and other marketing uses
  • Photography or AI-generated lifestyle photography experience is a plus
  • Knowledge of animation and video editing, including Adobe After Effects and Premiere, and/or product photography experience is a plus
  • Interest in exploring new visual concepts and creative approaches is a plus
