Descriere

  • Direct Paramount’s local TV media marketing function in the Netherlands
  • Develop and deliver marketing strategies across the Benelux region
  • Increase awareness and engagement for Paramount’s channels
  • Oversee marketing activity for Comedy Central, Paramount Network, and MTV across Benelux
  • Lead Amsterdam’s marketing and social media function, including two team members
  • Plan and manage campaigns and initiatives that support TV and digital KPIs
  • Set strategy and coordinate execution with programming, ad sales, media planning, PR, and international marketing teams
  • Lead above-the-line, social media, and influencer marketing campaigns
  • Evaluate results and improve digital activations using insights and KPIs
  • Oversee media strategies for local channels in partnership with the media agency
  • Prepare marketing presentations and pitch decks
  • Contribute to the Netherlands leadership team
  • Develop brand partnerships with external organizations
  • Oversee marketing and social media budgets with the finance department
  • Compare spending with marketing plans to maintain efficiency, transparency, and compliance
  • Track channel performance and developments across the media landscape

Cerințe

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing or a related discipline
  • At least five years of experience in TV, media, content marketing, telecommunications, social media, media agencies, or client-side marketing
  • Native-level Dutch and excellent English communication skills
  • Strong enthusiasm for entertainment, including comedy, television, sitcoms, and animation
  • Creative approach with the ability to turn strategy into engaging marketing
  • Strong analytical capability and confidence using data to guide plans and campaigns
  • Demonstrated project or process management experience
  • Excellent organization and coordination skills for managing multiple workstreams
  • Experience leading and developing people
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with external agencies and internal creative and production teams
  • Proactive, self-directed, and solution-focused working style
  • Confidence making decisions in a fast-paced international environment
