Senior Manager, Data Migration and Integration Projects
Lead customer data migration and enterprise integration projects for Benchmark Gensuite’s EHS, sustainability, and ESG software. Coordinate stakeholders, scope, risks, validation, and implementation delivery.
Descriere
- Direct planning and progress across historical data migration and enterprise integration workstreams
- Align customers and internal teams on milestones, responsibilities, dependencies, and completion criteria
- Monitor data readiness, migration validation, integration testing, and rollout activities
- Spot risks, delays, and decisions that could affect implementation delivery
- Act as the primary customer contact for migration and integration project matters
- Bring customer business and technical teams together with implementation and technical teams
- Share progress, issues, decisions, and next steps with technical and nontechnical audiences
- Build customer trust and manage expectations as requirements evolve
- Identify gaps between customer expectations, technical needs, project plans, and the agreed SOW
- Record potential scope changes and advise when SOW updates or formal approval may be needed
- Coordinate the resolution or escalation of issues involving data quality, system dependencies, customer readiness, or competing priorities
- Keep records of key decisions, risks, and changes affecting delivery
Cerințe
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent professional experience
- At least 7 years in customer-facing project management, SaaS implementation, enterprise software delivery, or a related area
- Background coordinating data migration or systems integration workstreams in complex implementations
- Able to discuss data mapping, migration validation, APIs, integration dependencies, and testing without performing engineering work
- Experience managing project scope, risks, stakeholder expectations, and change requests
- Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
- Able to work with customer technical teams and business leaders
- EHS data knowledge is an advantage
- Experience with EHS software or other complex enterprise SaaS implementations is preferred
- PMP or comparable project management certification is an advantage
