Senior Loan Support Analyst, Covenant Administration

Administer covenants, compliance, and servicing for PNC’s commercial real estate loan portfolio. Review loan documents and financial statements, and communicate test results and follow-up needs to borrowers.

Descriere

  • Service complex commercial real estate loans using specialized product knowledge.
  • Maintain compliance with loan documents, process transactions accurately, and deliver reports on time.
  • Interpret complex loan agreements and apply their terms to servicing work.
  • Follow servicing agreements, loan documents, internal procedures, and applicable laws and regulations.
  • Resolve compliance issues through written and verbal communication with internal and external parties.
  • Process loan payments, escrow activity, and reserve disbursements as needed.
  • Contribute to periodic investor, internal, and regulatory reporting.
  • Test borrower compliance with loan covenants.
  • Keep loan servicing system records complete and current.
  • Help onboard new loans and transition loans that are paid off or transferred.
  • Assist with tax and insurance administration.
  • Pursue collections on delinquent accounts as needed.
  • Authorize fund disbursements when applicable.
  • Review reports for exceptions and quality issues, supporting risk mitigation.
  • Provide subject matter guidance and specialty product training as needed.
  • Explain financial test results and required follow-up to borrowers.
  • Conduct quality control reviews of relevant tests that require action.

Cerințe

  • A university or college degree is typically required; bachelor's-level education is listed.
  • Less than one year of professional experience, or successful completion of a formal development program.
  • A comparable combination of education, job-specific certifications, and experience, including military service, may substitute for a degree.
  • Knowledge of commercial real estate loan servicing.
  • Ability to read and interpret complex commercial real estate loan documents and agreements.
  • Ability to analyze financial statements and conduct financial analysis.
  • Knowledge of covenant monitoring, testing, and compliance.
  • Knowledge of compliance requirements, regulatory compliance, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Strong analytical, communication, time management, organizational, attention-to-detail, and relationship management skills.
  • No certifications are required.
  • No licenses are required.
  • No required or preferred language assessments.
  • Must not require employment visa sponsorship; PNC will not participate in STEM OPT for this position.
