Senior Java Developer (Spring, Quarkus) – Spain Remote
Build and maintain Java tax administration software for Miratech’s public-sector clients in Spain. The role covers microservices, integrations, testing, CI/CD optimization, and complex European tax systems.
Descriere
- Develop software components from design specifications
- Carry out system integration and testing
- Investigate and resolve technical issues
- Write and execute unit tests for software components
- Help estimate project effort and delivery schedules
- Work closely with teammates and communicate with project stakeholders
- Contribute technical guidance to product roadmaps
- Join triage activities, including incident analysis and prioritization
- Maintain and improve CI/CD processes
- Support the development and maintenance of customized software solutions
- Develop a tax administration system for tax declarations, calculations, assessments, and integrations with external systems
Cerințe
- At least 6 years of professional Java development experience
- Strong working knowledge of the Spring Framework and Quarkus
- Understanding of microservices architecture and container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
- Experience with PostgreSQL or another relational database management system
- Experience building REST and SOAP integrations and working with Kafka or ActiveMQ messaging
- Solid understanding of software testing principles
- Confident English communication skills
- Effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders and distributed teams
- Angular front-end development experience is desirable
- German or Swiss German language skills are desirable
