Senior Graphic Designer (Hybrid, India)

Create editorial, web and technical visuals for a Weekday client, using Figma, UX/UI principles and AI-assisted creative tools. The role follows a hybrid, shift-based schedule.

Descriere

  • Create editorial, marketing and web assets within established brand guidelines, templates and component systems.
  • Turn complex technical and product information into clear visual hierarchies, diagrams, charts and supporting graphics.
  • Use UX and web design principles to build responsive digital layouts.
  • Work in Figma with shared libraries, components, auto layout, variables and approved plugins.
  • Adapt design systems while keeping work consistent with the brand.
  • Collaborate with the Design Director, technical writers, motion designers and producers.
  • Interpret briefs and feedback independently, and flag gaps that need clarification.
  • Prepare well-organized, production-ready files for distributed teams.
  • Support documented handoffs across regions and shifts.
  • Check work for content accuracy, alignment, spacing, typography, responsiveness, accessibility, specifications and version control.
  • Apply feedback while maintaining the integrity of the design system.
  • Use approved AI and creative technology tools to explore ideas and improve efficiency and consistency.
  • Handle confidential and highly sensitive information with discretion.
  • Contribute to a global, shift-based production model, including scheduled weekend and holiday rotations.

Cerințe

  • At least 4 years of experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience in digital, visual, web or product design at an agency, technology company or in-house creative organization.
  • Advanced Figma skills, including shared libraries, components, auto layout, variables and approved plugins.
  • Strong knowledge of UX principles, responsive web design and accessibility.
  • Ability to organize complex information through visual hierarchy, layout and storytelling.
  • Experience producing charts, diagrams, infographics and visuals that explain technical information.
  • Excellent command of typography, composition, color, spacing and image selection.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to reviewing your own work.
  • Ability to work independently, meet short deadlines and maintain quality as priorities change.
  • Experience collaborating across regions, time zones and shift-based teams.
  • Availability for assigned nontraditional shifts and weekend and holiday rotations.
  • Professional fluency in written and spoken English.
  • Practical experience using AI tools in creative or video production is required.
  • Name the AI tools you have used when sharing your profile.
  • Present AI-led or AI-assisted work separately in your portfolio.
  • Flexibility with working hours and weekend availability.
  • Clear communication and collaboration skills.
