Descriere

  • Set the technical direction for complex frontend features
  • Guide design decisions, code reviews, and mentoring across the team
  • Use React and Next.js expertise to solve architecture, performance, and integration challenges

Cerințe

  • Advanced proficiency in React, Next.js, TypeScript, and modern hook-based component development
  • Ability to create scalable frontend architecture with a single source of truth and well-defined UI, business-logic, and data-access boundaries
  • Experience building reusable component libraries and maintaining consistent component APIs
  • Deep knowledge of Zustand, Redux Toolkit, or comparable state-management solutions, including efficient selector design
  • Strong command of HTML, CSS, and SCSS, with experience in responsive layouts, accessibility, and style isolation
  • Experience translating detailed visual specifications into interfaces using systems such as IBM Carbon or Material UI
  • Strong REST API integration skills, including typed models, adapters, polling, and resilient handling of incomplete or inconsistent data
  • Experience defining or validating backend API contracts and applying contract-testing practices
  • Demonstrated frontend performance expertise with profiling, memoization, code splitting, lazy loading, and bundle analysis
  • Understanding of frame rates, GPU utilization, and memory behavior in graphics-intensive interfaces
  • Hands-on experience with WebGL, three.js, or React Three Fiber, including scene and camera management, pointer picking, and animation timelines
  • Experience coordinating events and interactions across layered interface and graphics surfaces
  • Experience integrating map SDKs, working with coordinate systems, implementing provider fallbacks, and protecting API tokens
  • Ability to develop components for existing host applications using clean props and callbacks, isolated styles, and no unintended global effects
  • Strong testing background with Vitest or Jest and React Testing Library, supported by a pragmatic testing strategy
  • Experience with strict TypeScript, error boundaries, cross-browser validation, and browser developer tools
  • Experience contributing to CI/CD pipelines, Git-based workflows, and rigorous pull-request reviews
  • Experience working with Azure DevOps
  • Proven technical leadership through mentoring, task decomposition, estimation, and technical documentation
  • Understanding of frontend security fundamentals, including secure environment configuration, safe logging, and responsible third-party dependency management
  • Desirable experience includes GSAP or Framer Motion; charting and data-visualization tools; Playwright for visual regression or end-to-end testing; large-scale internationalization and localization; micro-frontends, monorepos, or design-system governance; production observability, release support, incident investigation; and technical discovery or proof-of-concept work for complex interactions
