Descriere

  • Guide offshore analytics team members in their day-to-day work.
  • Lead analytical projects from test design through sharing findings.
  • Turn complex data into recommendations to improve acquisition, retention, channel mix, marketing ROI, LTV/CAC, NPS, and overall performance.
  • Create and maintain weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports, executive dashboards, and QBR materials.
  • Develop forecasting models, predictive analytics, and actionable segments to support marketing and sales planning.
  • Set and maintain data governance practices for marketing and sales data.
  • Work with Marketing, Sales, Finance, and other teams on KPI frameworks and analytics solutions.
  • Assess analytics tools, processes, and resources for automation, efficiency, scalability, and adoption.
  • Use data to assess industry trends, competitor activity, brand health, and reputational risk.

Cerințe

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field; equivalent education and experience may be considered.
  • At least seven years of experience in marketing analytics, business analytics, data insights, performance measurement, or a related analytical field.
  • Experience developing KPI frameworks, dashboards, reporting schedules, and insights for executives.
  • Advanced proficiency with analytics, reporting, and visualization tools, including Excel and one or more of SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Python, R, or similar platforms.
  • Experience working across functions to turn business objectives into measurable reporting, analysis, and recommendations.
  • Strong understanding of marketing measurement, KPI frameworks, campaign analytics, attribution, channel performance, ROI, LTV/CAC, funnel metrics, and executive reporting schedules.
  • Ability to turn complex data into clear, concise insights, dashboards, business review materials, and recommendations for executives.
  • Working knowledge of CRM, marketing automation, web analytics, and MarTech platforms such as Salesforce, Marketo, and Google Analytics.
  • Working knowledge of statistics, experimental design, A/B testing, regression analysis, segmentation, and predictive modeling.
  • Ability to establish and maintain data governance practices.
  • Strong cross-functional communication and collaboration skills.
  • Self-directed, with sound business judgment, attention to detail, intellectual curiosity, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10%.
  • A master’s degree and experience in financial services, wealth management, or advisor marketing are preferred but not required.
