Descriere

  • Build and maintain cloud infrastructure and operational processes for data and application solutions
  • Apply cloud governance, security controls, and established best practices
  • Improve cloud cost efficiency, performance, and scalability
  • Use Infrastructure as Code and CI/CD pipelines to deliver secure, efficient, scalable platforms
  • Partner with data governance, data engineering, and other platform teams
  • Support the development and release of data solutions
  • Handle platform requests from business stakeholders, analytics professionals, data engineers, and quality assurance teams
  • Contribute to cloud strategy and assess emerging AWS technologies and services
  • Work in agile delivery environments, managing backlogs, sprints, tickets, and operational workflows through JIRA

Cerințe

  • Hands-on AWS experience across Athena, Glue, Redshift, EventBridge, MWAA, SNS, SQS, EC2, Lambda, ECR, ECS, DynamoDB, RDS, CDK, CloudFormation, CodeBuild, CodeCommit, CodePipeline, CloudTrail, CloudWatch, API Gateway, VPC, IAM, KMS, Secrets Manager, and S3
  • Strong understanding of the AWS Well-Architected Framework and its five foundational pillars
  • Experience operating AWS infrastructure, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and cross-functional support
  • Ability to optimize AWS resources for performance, scalability, and cost efficiency
  • Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automated build, test, and deployment tools
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code using AWS CDK and CloudFormation
  • Proficiency in Python, AWS CDK, and boto3
  • Expertise in AWS security practices, IAM policies, KMS encryption, data protection, and least-privilege access
  • Experience developing cloud strategies and assessing emerging AWS technologies and services
  • Proficiency with agile methodologies
  • Experience with JIRA and JIRA Service Management
  • University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred
  • At least 3 years of experience in data engineering or production support is preferred
  • Experience with data platforms and Data Lake, Data Warehouse, and Lakehouse architectures is preferred
  • Intermediate SQL skills are preferred
  • Expertise in resiliency planning and disaster recovery is preferred
  • Experience implementing OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), and SAML integrations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
