Descriere

  • Support an international nearshore project covering technology and operations initiatives in Asset Management, Wealth Management, and Market Data
  • Analyze, validate, and interpret financial, operational, and market information
  • Contribute to technology and operational initiatives across Asset Management and Wealth Management
  • Develop, maintain, and optimize complex SQL queries
  • Build and improve reporting and analytics solutions
  • Monitor data quality and consistency across multiple systems
  • Carry out data validation and reconciliation activities
  • Detect discrepancies and investigate their underlying causes
  • Help resolve data issues in production environments
  • Collaborate with business users and investment, operations, and technology teams
  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements
  • Convert business requirements into analytical and reporting solutions
  • Deliver analyses and insights that support business decisions
  • Document business rules, workflows, data lineage, and reporting logic
  • Contribute to financial, management, and regulatory reporting processes
  • Help define and implement data quality controls
  • Contribute to Data Governance initiatives
  • Maintain the traceability, integrity, and reliability of information
  • Participate in data transformation and modernization projects
  • Work collaboratively with global and cross-functional teams
  • Share knowledge and help continuously improve analysis and reporting processes

Cerințe

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or another related quantitative discipline
  • C2-level English proficiency and the ability to communicate effectively in an international setting
  • Professional experience as a Data Analyst, Business Data Analyst, Market Data Analyst, Reporting Analyst, or in a comparable position
  • Advanced SQL expertise, including the development and optimization of complex queries
  • Experience working with relational databases and analyzing large data volumes
  • Experience analyzing financial, operational, or market data
  • Understanding of data validation and reconciliation processes
  • Experience contributing to Data Quality initiatives
  • Ability to identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies across systems and data sources
  • Experience developing reporting and analytics solutions for business users
  • Experience collecting and documenting business requirements
  • Ability to turn business needs into analyses, queries, and reports
  • Experience documenting business rules, data lineage, and reporting logic
  • Ability to collaborate with business, investment, operations, and technology stakeholders
  • Experience diagnosing data issues in production environments
  • Strong analytical ability, attention to detail, organization, and commitment to quality
