Descriere

  • Develop content concepts that build brand awareness, establish thought leadership, and generate demand
  • Maintain editorial and social calendars spanning blog, email, web, video, and social content
  • Use performance data, sales input, and market and competitor insights to uncover content gaps and opportunities
  • Coordinate content plans with product launches, campaigns, and broader marketing priorities
  • Write, edit, and produce blogs, articles, web copy, email campaigns, whitepapers, and sales materials
  • Oversee end-to-end production with designers, videographers, and freelance contributors
  • Interview subject matter experts and turn technical topics into accessible, engaging content
  • Apply the company’s brand voice, style standards, and messaging pillars across all content
  • Lead social media planning, scheduling, publishing, and community engagement
  • Create organic and paid social content tailored to each platform
  • Track social trends and results, then adjust strategy based on engagement data
  • Repurpose long-form content into assets optimized for social channels
  • Measure and report content and social results, including traffic, engagement, and conversions
  • Use analytics to improve content topics, formats, and distribution strategies
  • Audit existing content to refresh or repurpose high-value assets
  • Partner with Product Marketing, Sales, subject matter experts, design, and creative teams
  • Respond to partner content needs and support go-to-market initiatives

Cerințe

  • Five to seven years of experience in content marketing, copywriting, or a related discipline
  • Proven experience developing content
  • Strong writing and editing ability
  • Skill in translating technical or complex subjects into clear, engaging content
  • Experience managing editorial or social media calendars
  • Experience running a brand’s social media accounts, including planning content and tracking results
  • Strong project management capabilities
  • Experience coordinating designers, videographers, and external contributors
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple content workstreams at once
  • Must have valid United States work authorization when applying
  • Visa sponsorship is not available
  • Canva or Adobe Creative Suite experience, including InDesign, Illustrator, or Photoshop, is preferred but not required
  • B2B technology or network infrastructure marketing experience is preferred but not required
  • Familiarity with marketing automation and analytics platforms such as Pardot and GA4 is preferred but not required
  • A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field—or equivalent experience—is preferred but not required
