Descriere

  • Design memorable digital experiences and cohesive conceptual journeys for brands.
  • Lead projects from start to finish and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
  • Manage image production for multiple online channels to encourage interaction and engagement.
  • Contribute creative ideas and deliver high-quality work on schedule.
  • Work closely with the team to deliver creative materials.
  • Provide expertise and insight for digital campaigns and the development of strong concepts.
  • Identify opportunities to apply AI, test tools, and develop workflows that improve quality, speed, or reach.
  • Guide the team in using AI and review results before delivery.

Cerințe

  • 8 to 10 years of relevant experience, including a track record of leading projects and coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
  • Degree or formal training in Graphic Design or Advertising.
  • Intermediate to advanced English proficiency, at B2 level or above.
  • Creative, adaptable approach to projects with the ability to build strong working relationships.
  • Ability to handle multiple short-term tasks simultaneously and prioritize workloads effectively.
  • Ability to move quickly from initial concept through to the finished product.
  • Practical experience using generative AI for research, ideation, prototyping, creation, and problem-solving, along with the curiosity to stay current and the judgment to choose when and how to use it.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud.
