Senior Cloud Infrastructure Specialist – Argentina Remote
Senior Cloud Infrastructure Specialist responsible for designing and optimizing secure, scalable, and resilient AWS environments. The role covers operational automation, workload migration, and hybrid architecture management for large Latin American organizations.
Descriere
- Design, deploy, administer, and optimize cloud infrastructure, primarily on AWS
- Implement and support secure, scalable, and resilient architectures
- Help develop and roll out AWS Landing Zones and Cloud Foundations
- Automate infrastructure and operational processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual errors
- Protect data and infrastructure through security best practices and appropriate controls
- Improve cloud infrastructure performance and manage costs effectively
- Keep current with evolving cloud technologies and industry trends
- Work with technology teams to connect cloud solutions with existing systems
- Troubleshoot complex cloud infrastructure issues
- Implement and operate disaster recovery solutions
- Champion DevOps and Agile practices across the organization
- Keep infrastructure current and aligned with international standards while supporting continuous improvement and audit readiness
- Migrate workloads to AWS
- Work with modern hybrid architectures, including microservices, serverless platforms, and containers
- Manage AWS networking, including VPNs, Transit Gateway, and subnetting
- Apply foundational knowledge of AWS Direct Connect
Cerințe
- At least three years of experience in comparable roles
- Strong experience designing and managing production AWS infrastructure
- Advanced knowledge of EC2 instances, AMIs, EBS, networking, Auto Scaling, and load balancers
- Advanced knowledge of VPCs, routing, subnets, security groups, and network connectivity
- Experience with VPNs, Transit Gateway, and/or Direct Connect
- Demonstrated ability to administer and troubleshoot Linux and Windows operating systems
- Experience with EBS, S3, and filesystem solutions
- Experience designing and executing backup and recovery strategies
- Strong understanding of AWS IAM roles, policies, and access mechanisms
- Hands-on experience with Terraform and/or CloudFormation
- Ability to use Bash, PowerShell, and/or Python for operational tasks
- Experience with CloudWatch and infrastructure incident diagnosis
- Ability to investigate complex infrastructure incidents from end to end
- Ability to produce technical diagrams, runbooks, procedures, root-cause analyses, and architecture documentation
- Ability to take a requirement through infrastructure design, implementation, and production stabilization
