Senior Automation and AI Engineer
Lead the governance of n8n infrastructure, AI agents, and integrations, ensuring availability, CI/CD, and performance. Based in São Paulo, Brazil, in a hybrid role.
Descriere
- Maintain n8n infrastructure through preventive and corrective maintenance
- Monitor system health to prevent failures and sustain availability, resilience, performance, and scalability
- Set and uphold architecture standards and best practices for n8n workflows and AI agents
- Establish governance, quality, security, and audit policies
- Build, integrate, orchestrate, and maintain autonomous agents and multi-agent systems
- Inventory workflows and agents, document processes, and manage their lifecycle in Git
- Maintain secure CI/CD deployment pipelines
- Track LLM API usage, performance, execution, and cost
- Assess workflows connected to satellite systems for resilience, fault tolerance, and security
- Handle requests, advise technical teams, and encourage sound practices
- Create scripts and tailored solutions in Python and JavaScript
Cerințe
- Administer, maintain, and troubleshoot cloud infrastructure, particularly Azure
- Understand containerization and orchestration with Docker and Kubernetes
- Have practical experience maintaining the stability and continuous availability of critical applications
- Have substantial experience administering self-hosted n8n environments
- Have experience building, maintaining, and troubleshooting complex workflows
- Have hands-on experience developing AI agents, RAG, and LLM orchestration, and applying best practices
- Have experience with Python frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or Agno AI
- Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Python and JavaScript
- Have substantial experience using, building, and managing REST, SOAP, and FastAPI services
- Understand Git, automation pipeline management, and robust integration architecture in depth
- Communicate effectively when gathering requirements, leading technical work, promoting governance, and aligning stakeholders
- Understand MLOps and LLMOps practices for monitoring and governing agents in production
- Have experience with infrastructure and log monitoring tools such as Grafana
- Be familiar with SQL Server and BigQuery, as well as structuring unstructured data
