Senior Analytics Engineer Remote in Serbia
Lead the migration of attribution pipelines and dbt/Airflow models to a central data warehouse. Build reliable BigQuery data marts and data-quality processes for a global mobility and urban services platform.
Descriere
- Gather requirements and deliver updates to attribution logic, data sources, and data marts
- Lead the migration of dbt models, Airflow DAGs, and source systems to the central data warehouse platform
- Develop and optimise incremental BigQuery data marts, including recalculations and backfills
- Create data-quality checks and investigate data discrepancies
- Review external inputs and maintain dependable data delivery
- Contribute to testing, validation, releases, and technical documentation
- Support the migration of data-delivery and attribution pipelines to the central data warehouse platform
Cerințe
- Intermediate proficiency in the required language
- At least 3 years of experience in analytics engineering, data warehouse engineering, or data analysis
- Expert-level SQL skills and solid Python knowledge for ETL and data processing
- Working knowledge of data warehouse architecture, ODS, data marts, incremental loading, history management, and deduplication
- Experience with BigQuery or a comparable columnar database, including data mart design and optimisation
- Experience using dbt on large incremental projects and Airflow or a similar orchestration tool
- Background in pipeline migration, data-parity validation, Git, data quality, and data governance
- Ability to convert stakeholder needs into clear data requirements
- Located in the EU, Serbia, Georgia, Armenia, or Kazakhstan
- Availability to work in the CET time zone
- English proficiency assessment required
