Salesforce Technical Architect – Data 360 and Agentforce
Salesforce Technical Architect responsible for designing Data 360 architectures and Agentforce integrations for VXForward’s enterprise technology clients. The role focuses on ingestion, identity resolution, data modeling, APIs, and AI data grounding.
Descriere
- Evaluate the existing Data 360 implementation from end to end
- Diagnose bottlenecks across identity resolution, ingestion pipelines, and calculated insights, then implement optimization strategies
- Design scalable, enterprise-grade Data 360 architecture for Sales Transformation and RCA Migration initiatives
- Configure and optimize batch and streaming ingestion connectors
- Build integration flows between S3, Snowflake, MuleSoft, BigQuery, Kafka, and Data 360 using Zero Copy and standard ingestion frameworks
- Map source data streams to Data Model Objects through the Cloud Information Model and custom schemas
- Configure Data 360 as the foundational context and grounding layer for Agentforce
- Enable real-time data access, vector embeddings, and retrieval-augmented generation
- Deliver hands-on configuration, DataWeave transformations, segment creation, calculated insights, and API integrations
Cerințe
- Extensive architectural and hands-on experience with Salesforce Data 360 or Data Cloud
- Experience configuring Data 360 data layers to ground Agentforce AI agents in trusted enterprise data
- Demonstrated ability to configure standard and custom connectors, real-time streaming, batch ingestion, and Zero Copy architectures
- Proficiency with Data Model Objects, Data Stream Objects, and identity resolution rulesets
- Practical experience with identity resolution, data harmonization, governance, security modeling, and enterprise data flows
