Descriere

  • Identify and close new business opportunities to grow the company, strengthen partnerships, and expand revenue.
  • Source, approach, and secure prospective clients and strategic partners.
  • Create and execute sales expansion plans that support revenue and sales targets.
  • Develop lasting client relationships that contribute to continued business growth.
  • Prepare and present compelling pitches and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Track sales results, pipeline activity, and conversion performance.
  • Evaluate industry developments, competitor activity, and customer requirements to identify opportunities.
  • Work with marketing, customer success, commercial management, and product teams to connect sales initiatives with company strategy.

Cerințe

  • At least five years of experience in sales, business development, and sales strategy.
  • At least two years of experience in the food and beverage industry.
  • Demonstrated success in growing sales and closing deals.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Ability to perform under pressure while meeting sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to interpret data and turn insights into growth opportunities.
  • Independent, strategic thinker with a results-oriented approach.
