Descriere

  • Help deliver GoodLife Fitness partnership, public relations, influencer, and special event initiatives
  • Plan and manage special events, activations, and experiences, including logistics, vendor coordination, and on-site support
  • Maintain event schedules, budgets, contracts, evaluations, post-event reports, and related documentation
  • Coordinate internal teams and external suppliers throughout event delivery
  • Manage influencer program administration, including onboarding, scheduling, communications, content tracking, approvals, assets, databases, contracts, and performance records
  • Contribute to influencer reporting, campaign analysis, and monitoring of relevant trends
  • Coordinate partnership programs, activations, campaigns, timelines, deliverables, approvals, onboarding, communications, and partner relationships
  • Keep partnership trackers, contracts, reports, and internal resources accurate and current
  • Work with stakeholders to deliver partnership commitments accurately and on schedule
  • Research and prepare materials for prospective partnership opportunities
  • Assist with media monitoring, content coordination, reporting, PR materials, presentations, briefing notes, and internal communications
  • Manage communications approvals, schedules, and distribution among internal teams and external partners
  • Work with agencies and vendors to coordinate workflows and deliverables
  • Provide administrative and project coordination support for special events

Cerințe

  • Bachelor’s degree, postgraduate degree, or diploma in public relations, communications, integrated marketing, or a related field
  • One to three years of experience in marketing, partnerships, public relations, communications, events, or related coordination work
  • Strong organizational and project coordination abilities
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills
  • Careful attention to detail with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Solid understanding of social media and digital platforms
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams
  • Reliable time management and follow-through
  • Sound professional judgment, discretion, and integrity
  • Genuine interest in health, fitness, and wellness

  • Willingness to travel monthly
