Descriere

  • Audit incoming invoices, purchase orders, and supporting documents for accuracy and completeness.
  • Check prices, quantities, terms, and conditions against contracts, agreements, and internal records.
  • Investigate invoice discrepancies, errors, and potential fraud.
  • Work with procurement, accounts payable, operations, and vendors to resolve discrepancies and payment issues.
  • Follow company policies, accounting standards, and applicable regulations.
  • Keep organized records of audited invoices and related documents.
  • Report audit findings and recommend process improvements.
  • Help develop and implement controls for invoice processing.
  • Review and update invoice audit procedures periodically.

Cerințe

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field.
  • At least two years of experience in accounts payable, auditing, or a similar finance role; manufacturing or global company experience is preferred.
  • Knowledge of invoicing processes, accounts payable principles, and general accounting practices.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills to identify and resolve discrepancies.
  • Proficiency with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Effective verbal and written communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
