Remote Financial Analyst (Contract) at Reputation

Reputation is seeking a remote U.S. contract Financial Analyst to support forecasting, budgeting, headcount, and sales compensation analysis. The role partners with finance and business leaders supporting the company’s AI-powered reputation management platform.

Descriere

  • Support financial forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and operational metrics tracking
  • Analyze financial data and develop models that inform business decisions
  • Create financial summaries, reports, and presentations for business partners and executive leaders
  • Collaborate with business and operational leaders to deliver financial insights and support decisions
  • Evaluate trends, forecasts, and business performance to identify optimization opportunities
  • Contribute to cost-saving, efficiency, and financial improvement initiatives
  • Reconcile financial transactions and investigate and correct data discrepancies
  • Assist with headcount tracking, sales compensation analysis, and other FP&A work
  • Complete additional financial analysis and reporting projects as assigned
  • Report to the Director of Finance Operations while collaborating with Finance and cross-functional business partners

Cerințe

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline
  • At least five years of relevant experience
  • Workday, Adaptive Planning or Adaptive Insights, and OfficeConnect experience is highly desirable
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical capabilities
  • Experience handling financial data, forecasting, and reporting
  • SaaS experience is preferred but not required
  • Salesforce experience is a plus
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Strong data-gathering, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
  • Careful attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Clear and effective written and verbal communication
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote setting
  • Self-directed, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
