Remote Financial Analyst (Contract) at Reputation
Reputation is seeking a remote U.S. contract Financial Analyst to support forecasting, budgeting, headcount, and sales compensation analysis. The role partners with finance and business leaders supporting the company’s AI-powered reputation management platform.
Tavsif
- Support financial forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and operational metrics tracking
- Analyze financial data and develop models that inform business decisions
- Create financial summaries, reports, and presentations for business partners and executive leaders
- Collaborate with business and operational leaders to deliver financial insights and support decisions
- Evaluate trends, forecasts, and business performance to identify optimization opportunities
- Contribute to cost-saving, efficiency, and financial improvement initiatives
- Reconcile financial transactions and investigate and correct data discrepancies
- Assist with headcount tracking, sales compensation analysis, and other FP&A work
- Complete additional financial analysis and reporting projects as assigned
- Report to the Director of Finance Operations while collaborating with Finance and cross-functional business partners
Talablar
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline
- At least five years of relevant experience
- Workday, Adaptive Planning or Adaptive Insights, and OfficeConnect experience is highly desirable
- Strong financial modeling and analytical capabilities
- Experience handling financial data, forecasting, and reporting
- SaaS experience is preferred but not required
- Salesforce experience is a plus
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Strong data-gathering, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- Careful attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities
- Clear and effective written and verbal communication
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote setting
- Self-directed, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
