Descriere

  • Reach prospects by phone and email using provided and researched lists
  • Assess prospect interest, budget, and decision-maker status
  • Schedule meetings directly in the sales team’s calendar
  • Record each conversation and its outcome in the CRM
  • Send reminders to help prevent missed appointments
  • Contact prospects on behalf of a UK business by phone and email
  • Verify prospect interest and fit, then arrange sales team appointments
  • Work UK business hours: 09:00–17:00 UK time (11:00–19:00 SAST)

Cerințe

  • Previous work in telesales, appointment setting, or outbound calling
  • Clear, friendly spoken English and strong listening skills
  • Experience using CRM and calendar software
  • Resilience and consistency when making outbound calls
  • A dependable computer and headset, plus a stable fibre internet connection
  • Experience with HubSpot, Pipedrive, or Salesforce is an advantage
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn prospecting is an advantage
  • Experience working toward meeting-booking targets is an advantage
