- Assess prospect interest, budget, and decision-maker status
- Schedule meetings directly in the sales team’s calendar
- Record each conversation and its outcome in the CRM
- Send reminders to help prevent missed appointments
- Contact prospects on behalf of a UK business by phone and email
- Verify prospect interest and fit, then arrange sales team appointments
- Work UK business hours: 09:00–17:00 UK time (11:00–19:00 SAST)

- Previous work in telesales, appointment setting, or outbound calling
- Clear, friendly spoken English and strong listening skills
- Experience using CRM and calendar software
- Resilience and consistency when making outbound calls
- A dependable computer and headset, plus a stable fibre internet connection
- Experience with HubSpot, Pipedrive, or Salesforce is an advantage
- Familiarity with LinkedIn prospecting is an advantage
- Experience working toward meeting-booking targets is an advantage
