Project Controller - Bristol Hybrid
MIGSO-PCUBED is seeking a Project Controller to support planning, reporting, cost control, and risk management. This full-time hybrid position is based in Bristol.
Descriere
- Manage project plans, schedules, milestones, and dependencies.
- Measure progress against plans, KPIs, and objectives, and prepare project reports.
- Assist with budget tracking, cost projections, expenditure reviews, and variance analysis.
- Identify, evaluate, and monitor project risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies.
- Support change control by assessing effects on scope, timing, costs, and resources.
- Review project data to spot trends and variances and inform business decisions.
- Develop effective working relationships with project managers, delivery teams, clients, and stakeholders.
- Track resource allocation, deliverables, and critical milestones.
- Keep project records, reporting packs, RAID logs, and governance activities up to date.
- Help improve project controls, reporting practices, tools, and working methods.
- Work with the broader project management community to share knowledge and support colleagues.
Cerințe
- Working knowledge of project management fundamentals, including planning, scheduling, progress tracking, risk management, and reporting.
- Strong analytical ability, with skill in interpreting project data, recognising trends and variances, and producing reliable reports.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Understanding of project risks, issues, dependencies, budgets, forecasting, and schedule performance.
- Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail with the ability to prioritise work effectively.
- A proactive mindset focused on resolving issues and improving processes.
- Commitment to developing further expertise in project management.
- Interest in working toward APM qualifications.
- Experience using Power BI, Microsoft Project, or Primavera P6 is advantageous.
