Principal Infrastructure Automation & AI Ops Engineer (India Remote)

Descriere

  • Modernize enterprise operations across endpoints, identity, Microsoft 365, networks, cloud platforms, and IT service management
  • Establish an API-driven, automation-first operating model with policy-as-code, intelligent workflows, and automated remediation
  • Serve as the technical authority and architecture lead for Intune, Entra ID, Microsoft 365, CrowdStrike Falcon, CyberArk, Freshservice, AWS, Commvault, and Juniper NGFW
  • Own Windows endpoint architecture and lifecycle automation from provisioning through retirement
  • Design Windows Autopilot workflows that enforce standard-user deployments and limit local administrator access
  • Create software inventory audits and self-healing remediation for recurring endpoint issues
  • Automate Joiner, Mover, and Leaver processes across Entra ID, Microsoft 365, and Freshservice
  • Advance Conditional Access from audit-only operation to full enforcement
  • Develop AI-assisted entitlement and RBAC analysis to identify excessive, stale, and conflicting access
  • Automate Microsoft 365 administration with Microsoft Graph and PowerShell, including baselines, drift detection, and SharePoint governance
  • Lead the enterprise automation engineering practice and define standards for Terraform, Bicep, and scripting frameworks
  • Build CI/CD pipelines and API integrations spanning Intune, Entra ID, Freshservice, AWS, and Juniper
  • Transform high-volume manual work into automated Freshservice service catalog workflows
  • Deliver production AI Ops capabilities for anomaly detection, event correlation, ticket classification, routing, and predictive monitoring
  • Put authentication, authorization, logging, approvals, rollback, and human oversight around automated actions
  • Support Forcepoint DSE/DLP customer-zero integrations for AI-assisted data security detection and remediation
  • Create unified telemetry across endpoints, identity, networks, cloud, Microsoft 365, and ITSM
  • Implement secrets management and least-privilege RBAC with comprehensive audit trails
  • Set architecture standards, lead design reviews, mentor engineers, and collaborate with infrastructure and security teams
  • Track outcomes such as 60–80%+ automation of repeatable endpoint work, live identity lifecycle workflows, Git and CI/CD infrastructure changes, proactive compliance monitoring, and production AI Ops use cases

Cerințe

  • At least 10 years of infrastructure, systems, or platform engineering experience
  • Proven record of designing automation for large enterprise environments
  • Expertise in Microsoft Intune and Windows endpoint management, including Autopilot and local administrator/LAPS controls
  • Strong Entra ID experience covering SSO, MFA, Conditional Access, Zero Trust, identity lifecycle, and SCIM/API provisioning
  • Advanced skills in PowerShell, Python, and/or Bash
  • Strong experience with REST APIs, webhooks, integrations, and Git
  • Experience with Terraform, Bicep, or Ansible and CI/CD pipelines
  • Deep Microsoft 365 administration experience, including Microsoft Graph API and SharePoint governance
  • Experience with EDR platforms; CrowdStrike Falcon is preferred
  • Experience producing vulnerability and patch management reports
  • Understanding of 802.1X, enterprise PKI/CA, MDM certificate deployment, and NAC/authentication troubleshooting
  • Experience delivering production AI-assisted or event-driven automation, including anomaly detection and secure automated remediation
  • AWS platform engineering and account hygiene experience preferred
  • Freshservice or ServiceNow/Jira Service Management administration and API integration experience preferred
  • Experience with CyberArk or comparable PAM tools and Commvault or comparable backup platforms preferred
  • Network automation with Python/Ansible and observability or telemetry pipeline experience preferred
  • Experience with LLM or AI agent frameworks and enterprise AI governance preferred
  • Familiarity with Forcepoint DSE/DLP, Claude-based AI security tools, or interest in developing an early customer-zero AI/data-security integration preferred
  • Microsoft 365 Enterprise Administrator Expert, Terraform Associate, or AWS/Azure professional certification preferred
