Principal Engineer, Cloud and AI - Aristocrat - Las Vegas Hybrid
Lead secure, scalable cloud architecture and AI-enabled engineering for Aristocrat’s gaming and entertainment products. Drive enterprise software development, DevOps automation, agentic AI integration, and technical mentorship.
Descriere
- Define technical product requirements and high-level architecture specifications
- Validate solution feasibility, functionality, and integration with existing systems and platforms
- Create high-quality software code and related artifacts
- Maintain code quality standards to prevent broken builds
- Contribute to Scrum activities, including estimation, backlog refinement, standups, code reviews, and test-case reviews
- Help establish engineering strategies, frameworks, standards, and development patterns
- Design and implement cloud-native deployments, infrastructure automation, and CI/CD processes
- Integrate agentic AI solutions within business rules, validation controls, and security guardrails
- Diagnose and resolve code-level issues efficiently
- Collaborate with teams across locations and accommodate varying time zones
- Carry out additional duties as assigned
- Lead product development in line with Aristocrat’s strategic roadmap
- Advance product performance, quality, processes, and engineering standards
- Align designs with the technical roadmap while enabling secure, scalable cloud architectures
- Mentor and support Associate Software Architects and Software Engineers
Cerințe
- At least 8 years of experience with C#
- At least 3 years of experience with .NET Core
- At least 5 years of experience with ADO.NET
- At least 2 years of experience with gRPC
- At least 3 years of experience with REST APIs
- At least 5 years of experience with OAuth/OIDC
- At least 2 years of experience with Blazor
- At least 3 years of experience with Docker and Kubernetes containerization
- At least 5 years of experience with C++
- Experience with Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform
- Experience delivering AI-powered developer productivity tools and engineering workflows
- Experience deploying containerized AI workloads with Docker and Kubernetes
- Knowledge of AI security, observability, model monitoring, prompt management, and responsible AI practices
- Experience administering build servers and designing and maintaining CI/CD deployment automation
- Infrastructure as Code experience with Terraform preferred
- Configuration management and deployment automation experience with Ansible preferred
- Proficiency with Visual Studio and Visual Studio Code
- Experience with GitHub, SVN, and JIRA
- Experience with SonarQube
- At least 5 years of experience with MSSQL and T-SQL
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems management, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Expertise in software development lifecycle practices and implementation; registration with the Nevada Gaming Control Board or other gaming jurisdictions may be required for the position.
