Outside Sales Representative – Hoisting and Rigging Equipment Rentals

Drive territory sales for LGH’s hoisting and rigging equipment rentals across Wisconsin and Michigan. Manage customer relationships, proposals, account growth, and market expansion in an outside sales role.

Descriere

  • Achieve individual and company sales targets through consultative selling and high-quality customer service.
  • Build and preserve strong relationships with existing accounts.
  • Identify and win new customers within the assigned territory.
  • Provide sales and marketing coverage throughout the designated territory.
  • Work with internal teams to build trusted relationships with mid- and senior-level managers and other key contacts.
  • Maximize territory revenue through competitive sales practices and strong knowledge of company products, services, and competitors.
  • Grow the account base and sales volume consistently.
  • Review and refine sales activities to expand market share.
  • Evaluate offerings and present market-share growth strategies to management.
  • Build knowledge of local projects, market conditions, products, services, and emerging technologies.
  • Provide timely follow-up and correspondence to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Keep activity records current in the Liftware CRM.
  • Prepare daily sales reports covering account activity, open proposals, won proposals, and lost proposals.
  • Provide customer information and follow-up support as requested.
  • Handle other related responsibilities as assigned.

Cerințe

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least 3 years of B2B or non-retail sales experience required.
  • Knowledge of industrial equipment or general rigging is strongly preferred.
  • Experience with industrial construction and maintenance is strongly preferred.
  • Outside sales experience in equipment rentals is a plus.
  • Valid driver’s license and a good driving record required.
  • Must satisfy insurance underwriting requirements.
  • Must live in the Milwaukee, Appleton, or Green Bay area.
  • Must visit existing and prospective customers in the assigned territory daily.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Must pass criminal background and driving history checks.
  • Must pass employment history verification.
  • Must pass a hair follicle drug test.
  • Monday–Friday work schedule, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.
