Mid-Level DevOps and AI Platform Engineer — Remote in Brazil

Support cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, observability, and AI platform services for Dentsu in a global, multicultural environment. Help develop reliable, efficient, and well-documented platform solutions across modern cloud and automation technologies.

Descriere

  • Manage and monitor Azure, AWS, and/or GCP resources in line with approved architectures and operating standards
  • Build and maintain Infrastructure as Code with Terraform or OpenTofu
  • Maintain AI platform resources and services, including model catalogs, documentation, APIs, and version control
  • Help improve the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of AI resource usage
  • Develop and improve reusable, scalable GitHub Actions CI/CD workflows while applying quality best practices
  • Build and manage secure, lightweight, optimized Docker images and repositories
  • Support containerized environments with Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm
  • Apply observability practices to track platform and application health and monitor relevant metrics
  • Provide first-line technical assistance to developers, AI teams, and internal users
  • Automate environment administration and maintenance with Bash, PowerShell, Python, and/or Go
  • Expand technical documentation and maintain the team’s shared knowledge base
  • Communicate releases, changes, incidents, and status updates clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Assess user requests and reported problems, clarify technical needs, and recommend or escalate solutions appropriately

Cerințe

  • Practical experience with at least one major cloud platform: Azure, AWS, or GCP
  • Working knowledge of cloud administration across networking, compute, databases, and identity and access management
  • Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code, ideally Terraform or OpenTofu
  • Understanding of Docker and container fundamentals
  • Familiarity with Kubernetes and/or Helm
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipeline practices
  • Experience with or working knowledge of GitHub Actions
  • Strong Linux skills, including shell operation, package management, permissions and ACLs, and basic system configuration
  • Ability to script or program with Bash, PowerShell, Python, and/or Go
  • Understanding of DevOps principles across the software development lifecycle
  • Familiarity with monitoring and observability practices
  • Structured approach to investigating issues, clarifying requirements, and developing solutions
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including technical documentation and concise status updates
  • Collaborative and curious mindset with enthusiasm for learning new technologies
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities at the same time
  • Advanced English skills for meetings, technical discussions, and presentations in an international setting
  • Experience with cloud AI services such as Azure AI Foundry, AWS Bedrock, or Google Vertex AI is advantageous
  • Knowledge of AI application concepts including RAG, LLMs, and token optimization is advantageous
  • Experience using AI development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or Antigravity to improve productivity is advantageous
  • Advanced GitHub Actions experience, including composite actions, custom actions, Docker-based actions, and reusable workflows, is advantageous
  • Experience with services such as API Gateway, CDN or edge platforms, managed Kubernetes, Entra ID, IAM, or SSO is advantageous
  • Experience with observability platforms such as Datadog, New Relic, or open-source stacks is advantageous
  • Familiarity with observability platforms built specifically for AI applications is advantageous
  • Experience collaborating with global and multicultural teams is advantageous
