Cerințe
- At least five years of professional Java or Jakarta EE software development experience
- Background in software architecture and architectural decision-making
- Technical and interpersonal capabilities suited to a Lead role in a modernization project
- Confidence taking ownership and making technical decisions
- Ability to coach developers on technical topics
- Very strong German language skills
