Lead Data Analyst, Growth Marketing

Descriere

  • Build reporting and dashboards to measure marketing effectiveness and support full-funnel programs.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly KPI reports covering leads, conversion rates, website traffic, and content engagement.
  • Turn complex, open-ended marketing questions into focused analyses and useful findings.
  • Assess and improve the quality, completeness, compliance, and cleanliness of data in Google Analytics, Salesforce, and other systems.
  • Refine workflows and partner with Marketing to automate processes and speed up business operations.
  • Partner with RevOps, Corporate Data, and other teams to protect data integrity and consistency and maintain a shared source of truth.
  • Act as the most senior analyst on a three-person analytics team.
  • Mentor junior colleagues and support their technical and business development.

Cerințe

  • Bring advanced SQL skills.
  • Experience with BigQuery and Google Cloud Platform is an asset.
  • Use strong business judgment to translate organizational needs into data requirements.
  • Have advanced knowledge of Looker or another business intelligence platform, such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Bring substantial experience in data analysis.
  • Have experience with Google Analytics or other web analytics platforms.
  • Understand conversion rates, web performance, and other marketing metrics.
  • Be interested in implementing AI solutions.
  • Experience with Python, R, or another programming language is an advantage.
  • Experience in or close collaboration with digital marketing is an advantage.
  • Data engineering experience is an advantage.
  • Experience with A/B testing is an advantage.
  • Work independently in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical and organizational abilities.
  • Pay close attention to data accuracy and integrity.
