Descriere

  • Bridge business needs and technology delivery.
  • Oversee IT process governance, project management, compliance, risk controls, and strategic demands across the SAP ecosystem and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Agile teams managing work involving data, artificial intelligence, machine learning, automation, AI agents, and prompt development.
  • Manage and govern IT services while keeping business and technology teams aligned.
  • Coordinate demands, projects, and initiatives through Agile methods and recognized industry practices.
  • Support governance across SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, and SAP GRC environments.
  • Track vendors, contracts, and deliverables for SAP AMS services.
  • Lead compliance activities, ITGC audits, access governance, and risk management.
  • Contribute to PMO operations, change management, and ongoing IT process improvement.
  • Capture business requirements and convert operational needs into technology solutions.
  • Use ServiceNow and Azure DevOps to manage demands, incidents, and projects.
  • Contribute to the delivery and ongoing development of digital products and corporate platforms.
  • Partner strategically with client business areas to advance innovation and operational efficiency.

Cerințe

  • Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent higher-education qualification.
  • Professional experience in IT governance.
  • Working knowledge of SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA.
  • Experience with SAP GRC, SAP AMS, PMO activities, and change management.
  • Knowledge of compliance, ITGC auditing, access management, and risk management.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and PMI practices.
  • Experience using ServiceNow and Azure DevOps.
  • Experience managing vendors and gathering or mapping requirements.
  • Background in Agile environments centered on data, artificial intelligence, machine learning, and automation.
  • Experience creating digital agents, working with generative AI, and applying prompt engineering.
  • Involvement in digital transformation programs and digital platform product implementations.
  • ITIL and/or COBIT certification.
  • Strong relationship-building and influencing abilities with business stakeholders.
  • Strategic perspective with a focus on measurable results.
  • Collaborative, analytical, and proactive working style.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to perform effectively in dynamic, continuously changing environments.
