Descriere

  • Assess incoming sales leads and identify the appropriate policy type
  • Prepare accurate business quotes without making cold calls
  • Use Salesforce to manage new leads and monitor sales metrics
  • Maintain proactive, thorough follow-up with prospective and existing clients
  • Adhere to underwriting requirements and carrier standard operating procedures
  • Support revenue growth by expanding Obie’s book of business
  • Complete interviews, a project exercise, and team meetings as part of the hiring process

Cerințe

  • Active Property & Casualty license
  • At least two years of insurance sales experience
  • Commercial, E&S, Builders Risk, or personal lines home and auto insurance experience is strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with Salesforce is preferred
  • Ability to generate leads and close business
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality customer service
  • Knowledge of Builders Risk, landlord insurance for short- and long-term rentals, commercial property, General Liability, and Flood policies
