Human Resources Application Portfolio Service Engineer

Support NATO human resources identity management and data protection services as an AMIS Service Engineer. Manage AMIS identity cards, associated hardware, and enterprise security processes for NATO HR systems.

Descriere

  • Deliver programme and project management expertise across data protection and identity management processes, policies, and services
  • Provide military and analytical subject matter expertise for NATO HR systems
  • Manage, coordinate, analyse, research, facilitate, monitor, and deliver DPIM processes, policies, and services
  • Support NATO HR-system users through the NCIA APP032 Service
  • Provide business support for AMIS Identity Cards, including hardware, peripherals, and inventory management
  • Support Identity Management solutions across the organisation

Cerințe

  • Hold an active NATO SECRET security clearance
  • Higher Secondary education plus intermediate training in human resources management, social sciences, computer science, business administration, public administration, or a related field
  • At least 10 years of experience in NATO, international, or national military environments
  • GET Group accreditation as an approved repairer for AMIS-specific Toppan CP500 printers and CL50H laminators
  • GET Group accreditation as an approved trainer of repairers for AMIS-specific Toppan CP500 printers and CL50H laminators
  • At least 10 years of experience within the past 15 years in a national military, NATO headquarters, international organisation, or comparable civilian government organisation in security, force protection, or related roles, including at least one year in management or supervision
  • At least 10 years of experience within the past 15 years in a NATO, international, or national government organisation comprising both military and civilian personnel
  • At least five years of experience within the past 10 years operating and managing an enterprise-wide identity card management system serving more than 5,000 people
  • At least three years of experience within the past 10 years developing Data and Information Security strategy documents using contributions from multiple disciplines
  • At least one year of experience within the past three years defining or applying data protection strategies for Personally Identifiable Information (PII)
  • At least one year of experience with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
  • Programme and project management experience, including at least one medium-to-major project during the past 10 years
  • Experience identifying, planning, and coordinating projects related to a business-change programme
  • Experience maintaining a strategic view of project portfolios and communicating programme vision and benefits
  • Experience agreeing business requirements and converting them into operational plans
  • Experience defining, monitoring, and reviewing programme scope, costs, schedules, resources, interdependencies, and risks
  • English proficiency equivalent to or above NATO STANAG 6001 Level 3,3,3,3, corresponding to B2 listening, speaking, reading, and writing
