- Set and deliver SMT GB’s commercial growth strategy across Great Britain
- Shape and implement the national sales plan to meet strategic growth goals
- Lead, coach and develop sales leaders and their teams
- Grow revenue and profitability, increase market share and retain customers
- Build lasting partnerships with major customers, manufacturers and industry partners
- Apply market intelligence and commercial insight to find opportunities and grow the business
- Strengthen sales execution through forecasting, pipeline oversight and performance reviews
- Help guide business decisions and develop long-term commercial plans
- Collaborate with SMT Group, Volvo CE and customer network stakeholders
- Build a strong sales culture and support employee and business development
Cerințe
- Substantial senior sales leadership experience in construction equipment, industrial machinery, capital equipment or a related sector
- A track record of growing revenue and market share while sustaining profitability
- Experience leading regional or national sales teams through growth and change
- Strong commercial, financial and analytical skills, including forecasting and business planning
- Ability to influence customers, manufacturers and executive stakeholders and earn their trust
- Experience developing future leaders and building high-performing sales cultures
- Full UK driving licence and readiness to travel across the country
