Head of Marketing, Forex (Remote in Cyprus)

Lead global acquisition, brand development, and retention for a regulated forex and CFD broker. Own marketing strategy, budgets, compliance, and distributed teams in a remote Cyprus-based role.

Descriere

  • Set and execute the global marketing strategy against business and revenue objectives
  • Lead client acquisition through performance marketing, SEO, paid media, affiliate and IB programs, social media, and content
  • Manage the marketing budget, directing spend across channels and regions according to ROI
  • Recruit, lead, and develop a high-performing internal and agency marketing team
  • Strengthen brand positioning and awareness in priority markets
  • Oversee CRM, lifecycle, and retention initiatives to improve FTDs, activation, and client lifetime value
  • Partner with compliance to ensure marketing meets CySEC, FCA, ESMA, and other applicable regulatory requirements
  • Monitor and report KPIs such as CPA, FTD volume, conversion rates, LTV, and ROI
  • Oversee relevant partnerships, sponsorships, and industry events
  • Monitor competitor activity and developments in the forex market
  • Collaborate with the executive team and sales, compliance, and product functions

Cerințe

  • Significant marketing experience in the forex or CFD brokerage sector
  • A minimum of three years in a senior marketing leadership position
  • Demonstrated success scaling client acquisition for a regulated broker
  • Strong command of performance marketing, affiliate and IB programs, and digital acquisition
  • Working knowledge of financial-services marketing regulations, including CySEC, FCA, ESMA, or comparable frameworks
  • Experience directing campaigns and budgets across multiple regions
  • Strong analytical capability with a data-led approach to decision-making
  • Excellent leadership and communication abilities
  • Fluent English; additional languages are advantageous
  • Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms
  • Experience launching brands or expanding into new jurisdictions
  • Professional background in the forex or CFD industry required
