Global Social Media Specialist – Diesel | Milan

Manage Diesel’s global social media channels, content operations, creator productions and performance reporting from the Milan marketing team. Support international campaigns and product launches across key digital platforms.

Descriere

  • Plan, schedule and publish daily content for Diesel across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn and Pinterest.
  • Own the social media editorial calendar, aligning deadlines, assets and publishing requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders during the approval of APAC social media content.
  • Support social content production, with a particular focus on short-form video.
  • Handle production logistics such as garment and sample requests, store orders and sample transfers.
  • Track content, product and production workflows each day to keep asset delivery on schedule.
  • Partner with Creative, Production, PR, Media and Go-to-Market teams on global campaigns and launches.
  • Review social copy with the assigned copywriter to maintain Diesel’s tone of voice.
  • Prepare social reporting, evaluate KPIs and turn performance findings into recommendations for the global social strategy.
  • Monitor emerging creators, talent, formats and cultural trends for potential brand content.
  • Report to the Global Social Media Manager.

Cerințe

  • 1–2 years of experience in a comparable position; experience with fashion brands is an advantage.
  • A degree in Economics specializing in Marketing and Communications is required.
  • Professional certifications or coursework in social media or digital marketing are welcomed.
  • Demonstrated enthusiasm for digital media and fashion, with an ongoing interest in industry trends and social platform developments.
  • Capability to develop content strategies and perform market analysis.
  • Results-focused, adaptable and proactive, with initiative, creativity, sound problem-solving skills and a collaborative approach.
  • Fluent English communication skills.
  • Proficiency with core tools used to monitor and measure a brand’s online presence.
