Descriere

  • Own frontend delivery for features and broader UI initiatives from specification through deployment
  • Evolve the frontend architecture, component library, and design system
  • Work with UX to refine interaction patterns and complex workflows
  • Establish clear, efficient API contracts with backend and platform engineers
  • Improve frontend quality through unit, component, and end-to-end testing, tooling, and automation
  • Lead code reviews while mentoring and supporting fellow engineers
  • Find performance bottlenecks and architectural gaps, then deliver improvements that reduce technical debt
  • Participate in estimation, planning, and feasibility discussions
  • Incorporate AI-assisted tools into the engineering process
  • Collaborate within a cross-functional team spanning Backend, Product, and UX
  • Help build a platform that changes how technical information is created and delivered through AI, engineering, and UX

Cerințe

  • Demonstrated frontend engineering experience with the independence to own complex features
  • Advanced hands-on proficiency in TypeScript, React, and modern component-based frontend architecture
  • Practical experience with state management, data flows, and API integration
  • Track record of automated testing, component-driven development, and CI/CD pipelines
  • Experience creating reusable components and scalable user-interface architectures
  • Strong skills in frontend performance optimization and debugging
  • Good understanding of accessibility and intuitive design for complex interfaces
  • Familiarity with frontend tooling, including bundlers, linting, and build pipelines
  • Experience participating in constructive code reviews and helping improve team practices
  • Fluency in spoken and written English and Swedish
  • Preferred: experience leading or maintaining a design system
  • Preferred: familiarity with cloud platforms, frontend observability, and deployment pipelines
  • Preferred: experience in larger, platform-focused, or product-led environments
  • Preferred: background in specification-driven development
