Descriere

  • Earn the SIE, Series 7, and Series 66 licenses through structured instruction and dedicated study time
  • Complete onboarding, training, and individualized coaching with Academy managers
  • Apply consultative techniques to understand client needs and identify suitable solutions
  • Develop and oversee relationships with banking clients, small business owners, and affluent customers
  • Expand a personal client network and book of business
  • Deliver holistic guidance through client reviews and presentations
  • Suggest strategies aligned with clients’ financial objectives and life priorities
  • Partner with banking and investment specialists
  • Introduce clients to Bank of America and Merrill banking and investment offerings
  • Train at a designated financial center and may initially work by phone until a permanent center is assigned within a reasonable commuting distance

Cerințe

  • Demonstrated ability or aptitude to earn the required industry licenses
  • Strong self-management skills for organizing time and workload
  • Experience developing client relationships, evaluating needs, and proposing solutions
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills for building productive peer relationships
  • Results-oriented approach that keeps client interests central in a complex, fast-moving environment
  • Capacity to manage several tasks concurrently
  • Willingness and ability to learn new technologies and applications
  • Must earn the SIE within 30 days of hire and Series 7 and Series 66 within 120 days; Series 63 and Series 65 may substitute for Series 66
  • High school diploma, GED, secondary school credential, or equivalent required
  • SAFE Act registration, background screening, and continued good standing required
  • Availability Monday through Friday with rotating Saturdays
  • Availability to work 40 hours per week
  • Bachelor’s degree and/or at least one year of financial services or sales experience preferred
  • Spanish-language proficiency preferred
