Financial Solutions Advisor – Little Rock, Onsite
Join Bank of America as a Financial Solutions Advisor serving clients in the Little Rock area while pursuing required securities licenses. The role focuses on relationship management, financial guidance, business development, and banking and investment solutions.
Description
- Earn the SIE, Series 7, and Series 66 licenses through structured instruction and dedicated study time
- Complete onboarding, training, and individualized coaching with Academy managers
- Apply consultative techniques to understand client needs and identify suitable solutions
- Develop and oversee relationships with banking clients, small business owners, and affluent customers
- Expand a personal client network and book of business
- Deliver holistic guidance through client reviews and presentations
- Suggest strategies aligned with clients’ financial objectives and life priorities
- Partner with banking and investment specialists
- Introduce clients to Bank of America and Merrill banking and investment offerings
- Train at a designated financial center and may initially work by phone until a permanent center is assigned within a reasonable commuting distance
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability or aptitude to earn the required industry licenses
- Strong self-management skills for organizing time and workload
- Experience developing client relationships, evaluating needs, and proposing solutions
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for building productive peer relationships
- Results-oriented approach that keeps client interests central in a complex, fast-moving environment
- Capacity to manage several tasks concurrently
- Willingness and ability to learn new technologies and applications
- Must earn the SIE within 30 days of hire and Series 7 and Series 66 within 120 days; Series 63 and Series 65 may substitute for Series 66
- High school diploma, GED, secondary school credential, or equivalent required
- SAFE Act registration, background screening, and continued good standing required
- Availability Monday through Friday with rotating Saturdays
- Availability to work 40 hours per week
- Bachelor’s degree and/or at least one year of financial services or sales experience preferred
- Spanish-language proficiency preferred
