Manage fund accounting, reporting, and financial operations for a private equity manager while leading ERP, automation, and finance transformation initiatives with the CFO.

Descriere

  • Manage and oversee accounting for the group’s funds, management entities, and other vehicles
  • Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closes, including reconciliations, accruals, and provisions
  • Prepare annual accounts and monitor tax and reporting obligations
  • Produce regular reporting for the CFO
  • Coordinate with auditors, advisers, depositaries, and other external providers
  • Manage the financial and accounting operations of FCRs, including capital calls and distributions
  • Support investor requests and coordinate with administrators and depositaries
  • Contribute to finance transformation projects
  • Support ERP implementation and migration projects from requirements definition through data migration, testing, and go-live
  • Identify opportunities to automate and improve financial processes
  • Develop financial and management reporting toward more automated, data-driven models
  • Contribute to integrations between financial systems, including Dynamics/Navision
  • Work with the CFO on new reporting, control, and analysis solutions
  • Recommend process improvements and new ways of working
  • Serve as the link between Finance and technology teams or providers

Cerințe

  • More than five years of experience in accounting, controlling, financial administration, or financial BPO
  • Strong command of Spanish accounting standards and the Spanish General Accounting Plan (PGC)
  • Practical experience with financial closes, taxes, and annual accounts
  • Ability to independently manage multiple companies or clients at the same time
  • Experience in financial reporting and control
  • Participation in at least one ERP implementation or migration project
  • Experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central, Navision, or similar financial ERP environments
  • Ability to contribute to functional requirements, data migration, testing, and production deployment
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Upper-intermediate English; C1 English
  • Hands-on profile with the ability to remain directly involved in financial operations
  • Technical rigour, attention to detail, and autonomy
  • Continuous-improvement mindset
  • Initiative to drive projects forward
  • Experience in fund managers, private equity, fund administration, asset management, private banking, or regulated financial environments is valued
  • Knowledge of FCRs and operations supervised by the CNMV is valued
  • Experience in audit or financial BPO is valued
  • Experience with Power BI, Power Query, Power Automate, Microsoft Fabric, SQL, VBA, Python, and financial data-source or system integration is valued
