Descriere

  • Lead Boxbar Tech’s financial operations and strategy.
  • Turn growth plans into integrated budgets, forecasts and long-range financial plans.
  • Work with Sales, Operations, Product, Engineering and Client Success to strengthen margins, manage costs and guide commercial decisions.
  • Evaluate pricing, customer and venue economics, manufacturing and deployment costs, capital spending and investment proposals.
  • Manage cash forecasts, liquidity planning and integrated cash-needs models.
  • Improve working capital through debtor, creditor and inventory management.
  • Lead finance activities for equity fundraising and investor engagement.
  • Prepare financial models, investor materials and due diligence documentation.
  • Build and maintain relationships with investors, banks, funders and other key stakeholders.
  • Oversee management accounts, board reporting and KPI dashboards.
  • Maintain financial controls, approval limits, reconciliations and reporting processes.
  • Oversee payables, receivables, treasury and payroll-related financial controls.
  • Coordinate statutory reporting, tax compliance, year-end processes and audit requirements.
  • Lead international tax strategy work with specialist advisers.
  • Strengthen reporting, cash visibility and financial controls across countries.
  • Lead and develop the finance team.
  • Improve finance systems, data quality and processes.
  • Build continuity, cash visibility and a sound financial plan for the next phase of growth.

Cerințe

  • Hold a recognised accountancy qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CIMA or an equivalent international credential.
  • Bring senior finance leadership experience in a growing SME, scale-up or similarly entrepreneurial business, including ownership of the finance function.
  • Demonstrate strong cash management, working capital and integrated financial modelling skills, including scenario analysis and funding needs.
  • Have supported or led a capital raise, investor process or significant financing transaction.
  • Bring strong experience in management reporting, financial controls, budgeting and forecasting.
  • Have worked with CEOs, boards or investors and influenced leaders outside finance.
  • Have experience leading and developing a finance team.
  • Be able to coordinate international finance and tax matters with specialist advisers.
  • Bring experience in technology, physical products, manufacturing, equipment deployment or another operationally complex business.
  • Have experience evaluating inventory, capital assets, product or project costs, contract margins and recurring revenue, where relevant.
  • Demonstrate advanced Excel and financial modelling skills.
  • Have experience improving accounting, reporting or ERP systems.
  • Private equity, growth investment or transaction due diligence experience is an advantage.
  • Experience with international expansion, multi-country reporting or multi-site businesses is desirable.
