Field Service Engineer – United Kingdom (Remote)
Maintain and repair TOMRA reverse vending machines at customer sites across the UK. Install, commission, troubleshoot, and service equipment supporting the expansion of recycling infrastructure.

- Install, service, and repair TOMRA reverse vending machines at customer locations
- Assist with installing, commissioning, and deploying new machines throughout the UK
- Identify and fix mechanical and electrical faults
- Perform scheduled preventative maintenance and responsive repairs
- Develop effective working relationships with customers and site contacts
- Travel across the assigned region, including occasional overnight stays
- Log service work, machine conditions, and updates in digital systems
- Support continuous improvement by sharing operational feedback
- Comply with TOMRA Safe and lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures
- Promote a positive customer experience while keeping equipment safe and dependable
Cerințe
- Approach problems with curiosity, practical thinking, and close attention to detail
- Prioritise customer needs and communicate clearly and confidently
- Have a foundation in electromechanical systems and an interest in analysing, testing, and repairing complex equipment
- Work effectively both independently and within a supportive team
- Be able to travel and organise your own schedule in a field-based position
- Hold a full UK driving licence
- Be available for occasional approved overtime and weekend work
- Participate in rota-based weekend coverage from October 2027
