Descriere
- Oversee factory engineering while safeguarding employees, products, and the environment.
- Use engineering work to improve product quality, plant performance, and business outcomes.
- Set Factory Engineering team plans and objectives, then track their delivery.
- Apply the policies, principles, and core activities set out in Nestlé’s Engineering Excellence master document.
- Take end-to-end ownership while sharing accountability with other functions.
- Improve operational execution and advance sustainable manufacturing.
- Oversee engineering, industrial services and energy, compliance, SHE, data systems, and continuous improvement.
- Lead people management, organizational development, knowledge sharing, and staff development.
Cerințe
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering or technology, specializing in a relevant field.
- Three to five years of experience, preferably in food manufacturing or a related FMCG industry.
- Experience in maintenance and project work.
- Strong knowledge of food processing plants and technology maintenance, including utilities management.
- Background in project engineering and management, especially plant design and construction.
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and hygienic engineering principles (OSH&R).
- Skills in industrial services and energy management.
- Familiarity with tools such as NEMT.
- Good understanding of electrical, control, and automation systems.
- Proficiency with MS Project, basic AutoCAD, CIAT, and other computer applications.
