Description

  • Oversee factory engineering while safeguarding employees, products, and the environment.
  • Use engineering work to improve product quality, plant performance, and business outcomes.
  • Set Factory Engineering team plans and objectives, then track their delivery.
  • Apply the policies, principles, and core activities set out in Nestlé’s Engineering Excellence master document.
  • Take end-to-end ownership while sharing accountability with other functions.
  • Improve operational execution and advance sustainable manufacturing.
  • Oversee engineering, industrial services and energy, compliance, SHE, data systems, and continuous improvement.
  • Lead people management, organizational development, knowledge sharing, and staff development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering or technology, specializing in a relevant field.
  • Three to five years of experience, preferably in food manufacturing or a related FMCG industry.
  • Experience in maintenance and project work.
  • Strong knowledge of food processing plants and technology maintenance, including utilities management.
  • Background in project engineering and management, especially plant design and construction.
  • Familiarity with food safety regulations and hygienic engineering principles (OSH&R).
  • Skills in industrial services and energy management.
  • Familiarity with tools such as NEMT.
  • Good understanding of electrical, control, and automation systems.
  • Proficiency with MS Project, basic AutoCAD, CIAT, and other computer applications.
