- Build and lead the EMEA team of Intelligence Center X engineers.
- Develop customer solutions hands-on and set the team’s delivery standard.
- Provide senior technical leadership on key customer opportunities with sales leaders.
- Recruit, coach, and develop engineers.
- Advance the global ICX practice with its leaders.
- Partner with sales teams and strategic partners.
- Lead the design and creation of forward-deployed customer engagements.
- Represent customer domains as enterprise ontologies.
- Develop agents and machine learning systems that reason over enterprise data and act on it.
- Deliver operational agentic applications that demonstrate value and support customer investment.
- Report to the EMEA Pre-Sales Leader.

- Have led customer-facing technical teams in a formal management or team-lead role.
- Bring hands-on experience with agentic AI and enterprise ontologies.
- Show entrepreneurial ownership and comfort working at startup pace in ambiguous situations.
- Think in terms of business value and build credibility with customers and sales leadership.
- Have led client engagements and delivery teams in agentic AI, data, and analytics.
- Have experience recruiting, coaching, and developing engineers.
- Have led working sessions with technical and business stakeholders, including executives.
- Bring data engineering and analytics experience.
- Have used modern data and AI platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric, Google Cloud, AWS data lakes, Palantir, or C3.ai.
- Bring agentic AI experience with LLMs, retrieval, tool use, and MCP.
- Have worked with agentic development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot.
- Have experience modelling enterprise ontologies or knowledge graphs.
- Bring machine learning and data science experience, including forecasting, anomaly detection, or classification.
- Have experience in manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, pharma, aerospace, or financial services.
- Be willing to travel up to 25%.
