Descriere

  • Deliver client lifecycle marketing plans within agreed schedules, performance targets, and budgets.
  • Review monthly performance reports, calling out successes, areas to improve, and recommended actions.
  • Organize multiple projects and meet tight deadlines with care and attention to detail.
  • Spot campaign or project problems and propose ways to resolve them.
  • Oversee email marketing strategies, programs, and calendars.
  • Build and run email calendars that align with other marketing efforts.
  • Manage client relationships and shape campaign direction.
  • Deliver targeted email campaigns on time and successfully.
  • Prioritize and coordinate work across fast-moving deadlines.
  • Work across teams, including Client Services, Web, Paid Search, and Paid Social.
  • Guide thought leadership in email marketing.

Cerințe

  • At least four years of email marketing experience; agency experience is strongly preferred.
  • At least two years of experience with Klaviyo.
  • Experience developing and executing strategy for an e-commerce brand.
  • Familiarity with email service providers and marketing automation tools, including Marketo, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, and Braze.
  • A track record of cross-functional teamwork and strong client satisfaction.
  • Experience with client work involving marketing automation, email marketing, or lead generation.
  • Experience in digital advertising and its related technologies.
  • Familiarity with marketing initiatives and objectives.
  • Comfort working with business analytics and creating data-based insights and reports.
  • Interest in mentoring or prior mentoring experience.
  • Willingness to learn the client’s business in depth.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • A self-starting approach and ability to work as part of a team.
  • Relevant marketing experience developing and managing lead generation and lead nurturing campaigns.
  • SMS marketing experience with platforms such as Sakari or Attentive.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States.
  • Must not require employment visa sponsorship in the United States now or in the future.
