- Identify and contact potential content creators.
- Learn each client’s brand, values, customer profiles, and project requirements.
- Prepare detailed, brand-aligned script briefs covering video concepts and required B-roll.
- Shape script briefs around current TikTok and Instagram trends.
- Select creators whose profiles align with each brand’s target customer.
- Discuss project scope with prospective content creators.
- Build and coordinate a creator team for each project.
- Review submitted content and video ad variations for quality.
- Give constructive feedback on delivered content.
- Monitor emerging TikTok and Instagram Reels trends.
- Communicate directly with clients when needed.
- Support additional tasks assigned by the Product Manager.

- Demonstrated experience developing engaging creative content for varied niches.
- Strong understanding of social media trends, especially TikTok and Instagram Reels.
- Excellent interpersonal communication with creators, colleagues, and clients.
- Ability to develop creative concepts from current and anticipated trends.
- Strong presentation, organization, time management, and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality work promptly.
- High accountability, responsiveness, and consistent deadline management.
- Strong aptitude for collaboration, problem-solving, and critical and analytical thinking.
- Growth- and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to apply constructive feedback.
- Previous remote work experience is a significant advantage.
- Comfort working independently and managing time effectively; remote experience is a plus.
- Availability and responsiveness during office hours Monday through Friday, from 3–6 PM BCN time.
- Stable internet access and a laptop or PC, plus the ability to join virtual video conferences.
- Fluent written and spoken English; native-level English is not required.
- Willingness to receive, apply, and provide constructive feedback productively.
